Peluche Volleyball Apparel started way back in 1992 as a local brand in PR but wasn't fully developed then—"for the record, it never stopped, it just took a 33-year vacation". But now, we are back and stronger than ever.

Origin & Usage: Borrowed from the French and Spanish word peluche (meaning plush or stuffed toy), this term humorously contrasts the softness of a toy with the brutal impact of a volleyball "six-pack." Players might say, "That was a nasty peluche! He didn’t even see it coming!"
